Hynix announced SSD SH910 - The range of Hynix, one of the largest manufacturers of memory modules, added to the debut model of solid state drive, which she has released under its own brand. Novelty trade name SSD SH910.
The disc is made of 2.5-inch form factor and is based on 25-nanometer NAND flash chips Hynix architecture MLC (multi level cell). The thickness of thes hell drive is 7 millimeters, which allows the use of SSD in the ultra mobile systems.
At the heart of the drive is speed controller Sand Force SF-2281. Solid State Drive technology Hynix SH910 supports SMART, TRIM and NCQ, and AES encryption with a key length of 128 bits.
Soon the market will modify 128 and 256 GB. Output drivefor random access in blocks of 4 KB is equal to 60,000 and 35,000 IOPS (read and write). The linear read and write is 520 MB / s and 500 Mb / s, respectively
